Positive Thinking Therapy

Our bodies hear everything we say. Our subconscious mind speaks to us but only in terms of yes and no. One way to listen to your subconscious mind is by noticing the tension in your body. A way to practice this is to just say, "NO!"  in various ways to yourself. No. Never. NO NO NO, Not Ever, NOOOOOO. NOO WAY!! You can use different tones and volume. Then, Pay attention to your body. Does it contract? tighten? Does your breathing stop? go shallow? How do you feel?

Then say "Yes" YEESS, Yes Yes yes! Of Course. Smile as you "say yes, yes, yes, yeeeesss!" How does your body feel now? Expanded? Softened? Relaxed? That is your subconscious mind speaking to you.

You are made up of 70% water. Dr. Masau Emoto of Japan studied water and found water has memory and that the crystalline ice structure of water changed depending on the various words, music, feelings to which the water was exposed. Water exposed to Positive emotions formed symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing ice crystals where as water exposed to negative emotions formed cells that looked like mutations and resembled disease.

Looking at the ice water images can have a profound affect on you. You can see the difference, one feels whole and beautiful, the other broken and distorted.  How do you think when someone uses compassionate, loving , positive words when speaking to you? How do you feel when someone uses hurtful, negative, words when speaking to you?

Words do matter. How we speak to ourselves and to others matter. Walk in  a beautiful European cathedral and you immediately feel the peace and calm energy.  Walk in a room after people have been verbally fighting, and you feel tense, uncomfortable, and can't wait to leave. Words carry energy.

Begin to listen to how you talk to yourself. Do you feel good? or bad? Happy? or Sad? Tense? or relaxed? Every cell in your body is listening to you. Positive thinking (thoughts) and words create an environment of health. Negative thoughts and words create an environment for dis-ease.

What is Positive Thinking Therapy?

The Power of Positive Thinking

Positive Thinking encourages individuals to move their negative thought patterns into more positive and constructive ones. By thinking in terms of solutions and strengths instead of problems, a person builds resilience, lessens stress, and enhances overall well-being.

What are the Benefits of Positive Thinking Therapy?

Positive Thinking provides tremendous mental and emotional advantages. Some of the most effective results are

  • Reduced anxiety and stress by eliminating negative thought patterns.

  • Improved self-esteem and self-worth.

  • Increased motivation and confidence.

  • Enhanced emotional resilience.

  • Better decision-making and focus.

  • Strengthened relationships through positive communication.

  • Greater overall life satisfaction and inner peace.

  • A positive mindset fosters healthier interactions.

How does positive thought therapy work?

Positive Thinking Therapy (also referred to as Cognitive Restructuring) is a tried-and-tested technique for rewiring negative thought processes into positive, solution-oriented ones. This is how it works in real life:

Awareness of Negative Thinking

The first step is getting to know recurring negative thoughts, inner self-criticism, and unconscious beliefs that can sabotage your happiness and success.

Replacing with Empowering Thoughts

With assisted techniques, negative self-limiting thoughts are overcome by positive, affirming thoughts and beliefs compatible with your values and objectives.

Mind-Body Connection

Positive thinking is reinforced via body-centered healing techniques such as mind-body-spirit therapy, Theta Healing, and Cellular Memory Transformation so that the new attitude can be sensed at a cellular and emotional level.

Behavioral Shifts

When thinking patterns become better, naturally your behavior will change, confidence increases, emotional strength is established, and issues in life seem less intimidating.
