Energy Psychology Therapy
Recently when I asked a new client what they would like different in their life, or what they wanted to change in their life, They said "to be more happy". Traditionally I would have asked "do you know what will make you more happy? and then their ego mind, their personality, would have given me a list of the things they thought would make them happier and we would have spent the next hour exploring all of that.
Instead, as an Energy Psychology therapist, I spoke to their subconscious mind using my cellular memory transformation process, and asked what they needed to be more happy. There was a limiting belief stored in an organ and so we looked at the organs traditional beliefs and then changed that limiting belief which involved clearing ancestral beliefs. When clearing limiting beliefs we put in life affirming beliefs and sometimes the body does not want to accept the new beliefs and there is more work for the body to be willing to accept the new beliefs. We are constantly removing negative thoughts and replacing them with positive thoughts.
I was introduced to energy psychology by Bruce Lipton, a well known cell biologist and author, who thru his work came to believe that our thoughts and emotions can influence our genes and our health through epigenetics. Epigenetics is about control above the genes, and that our environment and our perceptions of it are important drivers of gene activity. Energy psychology accesses and modifies the subconscious programs that limit our beliefs for positive change as we change our thoughts and beliefs that impact our health and wellbeing.
